Thank you for sharing this Amanda! I love how you said the familiarity of the message threatens to drown the wonder of the message of the Advent season. It’s so true. Oh how it makes us need it all the more ❤️
Amanda, a wonderful insight to His offer to us, to come and dine with us. I was mediating on those words this week, Prepare Him Room. How do I get so distracted that I neglect the most important guest. He chose to enter into our lives humbly, the way He chose the stable with His beautiful creation. Is my heart too full with other things? Perhaps traditions, things that make me feel good about myself. He is all I need, all I desire, my Lord and Savior.
Very nice song on YouTube. I’m sure that’s the message God is speaking to many of us. I’ve found myself having to stop in the midst of my busy life and reverence God’s presence and listen to His voice.
"Far as the curse is found," prepare him room! If you feel the weight of the world, this post is for you!
I love that part.

Thank you Mrs. Deb. ❤️
Love this Amanda! So grateful for a God who continues to speak new life and meaning and remembrance into our familiar, routine lives 💕
Thank you. And He is so long suffering with my forgetfulness and "business".
He is with mine as well🙏🏼💕 He is so good to us!
